Life in the Districts (LitD) is a series of side stories spotlighting a single district, and they typically tell a story in the current year and recent times. Cubecraft’s Foresight serves as both the Cubecraft LitD and a prelude to the Cubecraft spin-off of FHG. ~ a small bit of context for new readers - In the 100 districts world of Forumers Hunger Games (FHG), the Circle Trial is an event held by the ruling district, Archiva, every seven years, that districts last on the rankings are required to participate in. Each participating district sends a team of two contestants, much like the global games. The last-placing district of the Circle Trial will have their title as a district, their treasure, and their land taken away to be given to others to start a new district. Cubecraft is, unfortunately, one of the last-ranking districts, and have regularly participated in the Circle Trial, although they have never placed last before.
